She has proven competencies in turnarounds, strategy development, results-driven execution, team-oriented leadership and a demonstrated ability to advance vision into tangible results. As a Alberta Metis, and proud Canadian, she supports Indigenous economic self sufficiency and cultural rejuvenation.
An expert in transformational change, financial strategy and management, she is also fascinated by the human side of business and what motivates and inspires employees to successfully execute a company’s strategy.
